Step-by-Step Arrival

  • **Immigration** — have your passport and Nusuk/visa printout ready; e-gates for eligible nationalities
  • **Baggage claim** — trolleys are free; porters available for a small fee
  • **Customs** — green channel for nothing to declare
  • **Arrivals hall** — look for your driver's name board (we send driver name + photo + plate before landing)
  • **To the car** — 2-minute walk to the pickup zone; luggage help included

  • Total: typically 45–90 minutes from touchdown to car.

    Meeting Your Taxi Bhai Driver

We track your flight in real time. If immigration is slow, the driver waits — 60 minutes free after landing, then a small waiting fee. You'll get the driver's WhatsApp before you land for direct coordination.

    The Road to Makkah

KAIA → Makkah is 80km via the Jeddah–Makkah Expressway (Route 40), about 60 minutes. If you need a Miqat stop (Tan'im), add 30–40 minutes. Your driver will ask about Miqat before leaving the airport.

    Money, SIM & Essentials

  • **Currency:** SAR; airport exchange counters and ATMs in arrivals
  • **SIM cards:** STC, Mobily and Zain kiosks in arrivals (passport required)
  • **Water & snacks:** available post-customs; your driver carries water

  • Departure Day

Book your return 24 hours ahead. We recommend leaving Makkah 5 hours before international flights (3.5 for domestic) — Makkah → KAIA is 80km but Hajj/Umrah-season traffic varies.
